Braced Y-spoke geometry

Five angular Y-shaped groups frame large outer windows. Small transverse braces connect the branches near the rim, while paired teardrop-shaped openings sit beside the spoke roots. The graphite-toned face has bright edges, a dark barrel and five visible mounting holes around a plain centre cap.

The manufacturing specification identifies a one-piece forged wheel in 6061-T6 aluminium, consistent with the one-piece description. Confirm the drawing and dimensional specification for your selected configuration.

Diameter and width

Choose from 15 to 24 inches in the diameter menu. Confirm the intended front and rear sizes when requesting a staggered configuration.

The manufacturing references also list a broader 15–26-inch range and widths of 7–12J. They do not assign a width to each diameter. Sizes outside the online menu require a separate review of dimensions and availability.

Mounting dimensions

Numeric options are 4, 5, 6 and 8 holes. Hole count alone does not establish a bolt circle or vehicle application. Other mounting configurations require a specification enquiry.

PCD, offset and centre bore are listed as customizable dimensions. Provide the vehicle model and these measurements with the desired diameter and width so the final configuration can be reviewed together.

Listed offset references
15, 18, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 42 and 45 mm; not automatically paired to a diameter

Finish and custom development

The photographs illustrate a graphite-toned face with bright edges and a dark barrel. Confirm the surface treatment and final colour for your order; these views do not show every custom finish or mounting layout.

Custom colour and surface finishing are listed options. Design-based, sample-based and on-demand customization can also be discussed, with feasibility and any additional costs agreed for the project.

Drawing review and order quantity

The development process describes a 3D drawing prepared from the requested appearance and vehicle data, followed by customer confirmation before production. Include the agreed dimensions and finish in that review.

The FAQ lists a one-wheel minimum, while the displayed price tiers start at four wheels. Confirm the applicable quantity and terms for a replacement wheel, a complete set or a trade project.

Manufacturing and inspection

The manufacturing references show wheel blanks, shape milling, valve-hole drilling, grinding, painting and packing. Request the process and finish specification for your particular configuration.

The production FAQ describes testing the wheels. Ask for the relevant inspection records and final dimensional checks for the agreed order; the general process description does not replace an item-specific report.

Packing and project presentation

The packing reference shows protective wrapping, foam supports and a carton. Confirm the protection and carton specification for the final size and shipping destination.

Customer logos and packaging design can be discussed for OEM or ODM projects. These are development options, not confirmation that branded packaging or additional hardware is included in the per-wheel price.

Production timing

The production information gives separate 15-day and 25-day references after advance payment. The applicable period depends on the item and quantity; neither is confirmation of a WheelVexa dispatch date. Agree the schedule for the final specification in writing and allow separately for transport.

Warranty terms to confirm

A three-year warranty reference is listed, but coverage, exclusions, start date and the party responsible for a claim are not defined. Obtain the applicable written terms before ordering; this reference does not create a separate WheelVexa warranty promise.
